Customer Service Representative

  • Directly responsibility and primary liaison/contact with customer. Understand the expectations of each Customer, the requirements and specifications of each product.
  • Clearly communicate and share key Customer information with appropriate associates in the production areas in a timely fashion.
  • A thorough understanding of the print processes from digital pre-press to finishing.
  • Ambitious and detail orientated.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers; to include in-plant managers, and Sales Team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and work well within a team environment.
  • Communicates to all departments in the plant and is the liaison between the customer and manufacturing.
  • Works with all departments to achieve or exceed the customer expectations and conveys those expectations to each department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
